St. Peter’s Fish Fry

The last St. Peter’s Fish Fry of the season will be this coming Thursday, September 2. This long running event is a real treat. Time: 5-7 pm at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, Bon Secour, AL.

World Religion Adult Class

Dowling Singers

The Dowling Singers will present a free concert of sacred music here at St. Paul’s on August 20 at 7 pm in the Parish Hall. Our own Dan Norris is part of this wonderful group – plan to attend!

From their Facebook page: “we are an ensemble of 14 voices with diverse backgrounds and experiences – with a common interest in bringing the best choral music in a smaller group format to as many interested listeners as possible.”

Lay Eucharist Ministry

Inquirers Class

George’s Anniversary at the Chapel

The first week in August marks the sixth year that George and Marguerita have been with us and, in celebration of that event, there will be a special reception for them following the 10 a.m. service on August 8.

Please plan to be there and join us on this wonderful day! If you would like to help with preparations for the reception, please contact Lisa or Donna. The following week we will return to the wonderful Summer Coffee Hour we’ve been enjoying all summer, courtesy of Dick and friends!

- If you know of anyone who would like to be a vendor, contact Aileen for an application.
– If you are doing any canning, preserves, or jellies this summer, remember to can a few extra for the Market Store. Everyone enjoys canned items and the store has been very successful in the past.
– Keep your old books – Lauren will be collecting them in October.
